Many soft skills programs are offered, some of which are: Selling as a Profession, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Management (HRM). In-house soft skills training which might be more convenient for some clients, might also be organized depending on availability of our instructors and a minimum class size which varies from program to program. The professional selling program offered by 3G Training center is also offered as short one day courses to sharpen trainees' skill in different aspects of selling skills. Topics include:

Selling is not an exact science but some basic rules must be observed before anyone can succeed in the profession. Many an enthusiastic young man or lady has dived into the profession without this basic training and failed to make the grade.
